"Overall our experience at GR Solaris was nice , my family and I stayed here for 6 days 5 nights. We were able to enjoy most of the amenities the staff are amazing! but the only thing we struggled with is the pool chairs. We find that a lot of people would put their towels early in the morning to save the chairs and not use them until the afternoon which I don’t think is fair for other people who actually wants to use it. In my opinion, the resort should place some type of rule on how long these chairs can be used so that everybody gets a chance and not hog it all day. And also, one of the restaurants was not open when we were there and so we never got to try it. "

"Housekeeper was amazing. She did an amazing job, front desk was very helpful and welcoming, check in was a breeze, and let me tell you they have the best breakfast! I will def be back! This is 20/10 experience! "

"The sewage pipes emitted a terrible odor, and the pool water was so dirty that it caused us to break out in a rash. The food was the same every day, offering very little variety. The entertainment was not very diverse and was quite boring. The waiters and reception staff were courteous. The resort is not suitable for the elderly, as it features many uneven surfaces and steps."
