"The rooms were large and comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Parking will be an issue during peak holiday season. And, accessing the property in a large vehicle will be impossible since the road is SO NARROW. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we were able to walk everywhere within Avola. Most restaurants were already closed for the season when we visited in early Nov so bear that in mind if you plan to visit during the off season."

"Beautiful hotel situated on an ancient farm. The “new” buildings were constructed 200-300 years ago, yet are totally modern inside. Gardening is beautiful. Staff are incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. Breakfast was great and presented in a personal, pleasant way on a lovely patio. We loved this place—the best so far on our 3-week tour of Southern Italy and Sicily."

"place okay. Bit early in season. Everything at the accommodation closed at 7pm. Didn’t open again until breakfast at 0730am. Nowhere else to hang as main reception area closed at 1930so confined to pokey room or outside in cold. We were offered a bigger better room at an extra 20e a night on check in which came over as ours was bit rubbish! -which it was ! It was a 15 min drive to Avola on a dodgy road. Little to see in Avola - sea front area was ok but little there due to time of year. Room...

"Room small, no terrace. Family is lovely, very friendly & accommodating. Location is great for beach but not many restaurants nearby. Must travel to Siracusa to eat."

Bellissimo e suggestivo il limoneto: non una marmellata al limone… Spiaggia a 1400 metri, ci sono le bici a disposizione…. senza seggiolini per i bambini, peraltro spiaggia non attrezzata. Mi han detto che mi davano l'ombrellone….da portare a mano, in bici e col bimbo in braccio… A pranzo posso avere una pasta per il bambino? "This hotel is totally different to that shown on its website. There are no pretty lights outside that illuminate it. It is described as being comfy & stylish, it is any thing but. There is no restaurant, save a room where they serve a cold breakfast. There is no bar, there are no mattress’s for the sun beds, no amenities at all. This is certainly not a four star hotel.
