"缺點: 1.屋內窗簾是全透光，加上房間沒有門, 每早6點會被陽光叫起床 (不介意6時起床是沒問題的) 2. 屋就在路旁, 每有大型車經過會聽得清清楚楚, 導致睡眠質數極差. 3. 屋的隔音幾乎沒有, 由於屋主是將一間大屋間成兩間小屋出租, 在那裡住了三晚, 頭一晚隔壁的3個男孩開大音樂玩到大概晚上差不多12時就安靜, 這也可以接受. 但第2晚隨壁的幾個女生玩到凌晨1點還很嘈雜, 就忍不住過去叫他們安靜一點, 第三晚的日本家庭就很安靜, 所以鄰居是決定你的睡眠質素一個重要原因. 優點: 屋內算是很整潔. 屋內設備很不錯, 應有的也有供應. WIFI 很快很暢順. 房間價格算是很低."

"The property is well equipped & clean. The sauna provides relaxing moment in modern style. Excellent! We just left the bathtub which is open in the middle of the Villa as we were a group of 4. There is a good cafe next to the Villa Coretile and her coffee was great. Recommended. Communication was very nice & the host took care of what we need. We stayed 2 nights in early April. "Very near to convenient store which was a good thing. But as it was winter time, the area was quite cold which we chose not to have BBQ dinner. Also, the view for sunset was blocked by nearby buildings which was a bit disappointing. And the room we stayed had a smoking odour which was a bit unpleasant. "Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."
