"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Zermatt. It took six minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the location is perfect. You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities.
