"I visited in June and loved it, so we decided to return. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed with the room we received. The balcony door wouldn’t open, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and for five people, the balcony was so small that there was barely any space for us. The food was the same every single day. Back in June, it wasn’t like this, so instead of improving, things have gone downhill. The food wasn’t very tasty either, and the snack bar served the exact same options daily with no variety. "

"I have stayed here 2 years ago. The place is on the beach with easy access to everything. We loved it last time so i booked it again this year. However, this time i was disappointed. The place was not well maintained. Unit A103 was smelling like sewer. The door handles wete falling off on two of the 3 doors. The daily cleaning came only to throw away the trash. No fresh towels, no cleaning the floor or any other area. It was not worth the nightly rate. "

"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
