"The apartment was in a complete state of disrepair, the flooring had gaps and had clear signs of water damage.
It was obvious that people had smoked in the bathroom, cigarette burns were all around the sink. The shower door handle was held on by tape.
Cupboards had broken handles or the doors were broken.
Wall paper was peeling in the living area and ripped in the main bedroom. The sofa and chair cushions were stained.
One light in the kitchen area was held in by tape.

But the procedure and communication was terrible.
When we booked via hotels.com, we were not expecting that we will be communicating with a third party application (Travelio).
The procedure was a bit complicated, we need to have the travelio app, we need to communicate (with the room boy/ reception) via Whatsapp as well, then deposit and other things were just more complicated than booking a hotel. Moreover, we had a bad wifi in the 1st day, we need to get...
