"The room smelled like animal urine. The bathroom door didn’t close very well. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped, just swept. Needless to stay, we didn’t end up staying there. Staff was friendly and nice but I didn’t feel comfortable there with 2 young kids. "

"Great location. Room and bed were clean. Bar at pool was convenient and nice. View from room 224 partial view was good with a cool little balcony. Can't see the beach but ocean and pier is nice. Bad timing on our part, party weekend for seniors so drunk teens slamming doors and talking excessively loud intermittently in the hallway directly in front of our door until 3am was a little frustrating but I was young once, didn't try to spoil it for them. Will check events in the area before going back. Would stay again."

"By far the worst hotel we have stayed at. The room was dirty, found clothes from previous guests behind tv stand. Bathroom was gross and hair all over from other guests. Wires sticking out from where the smoke detector was supposed to be. The condition of the rest of the hotel was overall scary. We left as soon as we could the next day."

"Parking was tight. Very out of date. It felt like it was straight out of a 60s mobile home. Very unimpressive. Balcony felt like it was going to fall off the building. Other guests were riff raff. They were miserably loud and obnoxious. No peace and quiet. Room was very drafty. We had to listen to the wind whistling through the windows and doors. Definitely wouldn’t stay again. "

"A lot of black scuff marks and dirty corners and baseboards. Did not feel clean. Fridge ice and water panel falling off. Bedspread and blanket in 1 of rooms visibly soiled. Called management for linens to be changed and only a blanket was brought in and paced on bed."

"The property was very nice, clean and close to the beach. The owners really paid attention to detail when they were flipping this property. Also, the bed was great, very comfortable. There were a few things that irked me: (1) taking out the trash (why did I pay a cleaning fee?); (2) the 4 p.m. check-in with a 10 a.m. checkout. Too late and too early. Lastly, the contract was overly long and oppressive. Felt like there was a contingency for everything. Made me a little paranoid. Overall, would definitely stay again. "
