På 1 sal lugtede der af kloak hele ugen. Ski rum, ingen støvle tørre og vand på gulv. Man må gå med skistøvler på gangene og ind på værelserne? Gammelt hotel som har fået en hurtig “make over”. "Excellent hotel with a good location. The pool and wellness area really add to the experience and provided nice recreation after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel in this price range. We also found the staff a bit inattentive throughout our stay, but all in all would definitely consider this hotel for another stay in Bad Gastein."

"The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. "
