This is a wonderful hotel and spa combination. The Mokni family has thought of everything in making a spa getaway the most enjoyable it can be. The breakfast buffet was tremendous. The staff professional and courteous. I strongly recommend this hotel and thermal baths to anyone who wants ti simply relax and enjoy life.

Lovely Stay
Great place to stay if you’re using the Palais Thermals. City center, near everything, good internet. Breakfast was nice, but overly restrictive and a bit authoritarian with the Covid protocols. To access the breakfast area you were told to wear plastic gloves, move in a circle through the main lobby, to a room with the food, and back to the seating area. Any deviation was met with a stern warning, barked across the floor. If you’re a Covid “bed wetter”, you’ll love the restaurant manager!

Dear geast - thank you for your visit and your kind review of our hotel. We apologize for the strict regulations at our breakfast buffet, but we are - as you can probably imagine - not responsible for them. Failure to comply, however, incurs fines bye the local health department of up to € 25000. We too hope that one day everything will be back to normal.

The staff was friendly and professional. I especially liked the fresh juice at breakfast. They have a juice machine and you create your own juice. Excellent. We were well taken care of.

Excellent Spa Experience
Just returned from a wonderful stay at Mokni’s Palais Hotel & Spa. The hotel is lovely, the food superb and Bad Wildbad is charming, but the highlight is the spa experience. The spa is absolutely beautiful. It is very well equipped with a wide variety of services. It is very clean and well maintained. A perfect escape from the real world. We will be back!

Amazing hotel
Could have done with tea and coffee in the room. Spa & Swimming pool areas for adults only as clothing was an option. WiFi not so good kept on dropping out.

Chosen for location to therme and tram / rail links, both within metres of door, quiet, peaceful town and Black Forest trails easy to access via funicular railway. Clean hotel, good choice of continental breakfast, eggs, sausages etc on offer Fridge in room, only down side no tea making facilities in room

Spa hotel
The hotel is in 2 parts - Rossini and Bad Hotel - with a small plaza separating the 2 parts.. The Rossini appeared to be the main part of the hotel and we had breakfast there each day. The Bad hotel appears to be the "over-flow" part of the hotel and was pretty much deserted when we stayed with very few other guests and an un-manned reception. Most of the guests were quite elderly and in keeping with the hotel. The best thing about staying in the Bad Hotel part is the direct access to the Therme Palais spa.

Hôtel idéalement placé à côté du Palais thermal
Très belle chambre rénovée, un peu plus exiguë que sur les photos. Hôtel désert en période COVID, donc beaucoup de calme. Accès direct aux bains. Vue magnifique sur le funiculaire et sur la ville de Bad Wildbad.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war angenehm ruhig und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage am Kurpark, der sauber und gepflegte ist, hat uns gut gefallen. Die Terme ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

Zeit in den Zimmern stehen geblieben, alles sauber
Zimmer sind tatsächlich total altertümlich(50er Jahre?), besonders Balkontüren u. Fenster, Bad. Aber alles funktionsfähig, praktisch und sauber (außer die Ecken...) Aber Matratzen und Bad eigentlich ok.Boden im Bad relativ kalt. Frühstücksraum sehr schön, aber definitiv zu kalt! Buffet ungünstig aufgebaut, dadurch Stau. Im Nebenraum(auch ungeheizt) wäre noch Platz gewesen.

Merkwürdig
Ein merkwürdiger Ort. Teilweise neu renoviert, teilweise sehr schäbig und anscheinend seit den 80ern nicht modernisiert. Grosse Fliegen (lebendige sowie tote) im Zimmer, mitten im Winter. Der Service war wohlgemeint aber extrem ungeschickt, überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert. Weite Teile des Personals muss nochmal ausgebildet werden. Für den Preis hatten wir viel mehr erwartet.

Very nice hotel. The shower is not comfortable. Very nice spa area, very rich with good facilities. Its noce that its in the same building. The staff are very nice and helpful.

le petit déjeuner grandiose, le spa tres tres grand et beau. Chambre correcte mais vraiment petite, pas de reel jacuzzi dans le spa dommage, ca manquait de bulles. Personnel tres courtois à part le patron , un homme bourru qui devrait apprendre à parler aux clients.
