"Os acabamentos no hotel, que seja nos quarto, nos corredores, nas casas de banho, ..., estão muito além da expectativas e sobretudo pelo preço. No dia do check-in, pagamos o estacionamento e no dia do check-out queriam cobrar o valor outra vez. Tivemos que insistir e dizer que já se tinha pago mas com outro empregado. E o melhor de tudo, foi abrir o armário do quarto e encontrar duas peças de roupa de outros pessoas. Logo, será que as limpezas são feitas? Fica a duvida. "

"Front desk staff always helpful; in fact a person helped us with our luggage at check in. Valet parking was perfect for us and car brought back at time promised. Breakfast buffet is a must. The room was roomy and well appointed. Easily the best place we stayed at during 3 weeks in the Iberian peninsula."
