"The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well.
The property itself is very clean and well set up.
I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me.
