"Great staff, and enjoyed what seems to be the typical italian hotel breakfast. American Coffee was really good. Only issue proved to be the rather prominent pipe noises that resonated periodically through the night. Not sure how they can mitigate the issue, but ear plugs were a necessity for my wife. "We arrived at 10pm, the third bed wasn’t ready and we had to wait for 45mn for them to install it. Breakfast was terrible and the spa was closed. The hotel doesn’t worth the price, neither it’s stars. It’s more an hotel for business meetings."

A vehicle is essential
"It is essential that guests at this hotel have a vehicle. It is extremely far from the nearest town and taxis add-on an extra charge (up to 35 euros) just to reach the property, before you even start a journey... The grounds of the property were heavily overrun with ferocious mosquitos and this included inside the lobby, the breakfast room, hallways (we have the dozens of bites to prove it). The breakfast room staff were friendly -- And the food selections there were excellent."
