I cannot describe how wonderful our stay was at Santa Fortunata. The safari tent was so beautiful and overlooking the sea through the olive trees. It is comfortable even if you are staying in colder temperatures because there is good heating. The shower is the best shower we ever had in our lives. SO powerful. Everything was perfect. We stayed in October so I guess a little quieter than in the summer. For us, this is so so much better than the expensive hotels in Sorrento. You have the quiet and nature. There are regular shuttles into the town. Thank you so so much! The young man who managed the pool bar is an asset to this accommodation. He was so sweet, so welcoming, so kind. He was a huge highlight for us during our stay. He deserves the world!!! I am so sad that I cannot think of his name but he was there each day. Please tell him thank you from us. "
"This was definitely our favourite stay while being in Italy. Service here has been incredible. Room got upgraded. Breakfast included is always a bonus. Location has been so nice. It’s about 100m away from bus stop that takes you into to sorrento town. Which was perfect for us. We booked a 12 person boat tour to almalfi and positano which I highly recommend. Other day we took ferry out of sorrento to Capri. If you have time to do one of each.. do it. During the time we stayed here it was a bit chilly but they have a pool which I’m sure during spring summer and early fall is amazing. This place is definitely 100/10. "Beautiful historical hotel with stunning views atop the cliffs of Sorrento. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Our suite had an ample twin bed for our daughter in the salon separate from our bedroom. Lush garden area and nice pool area. Staff was excellent. Location is perfect for direct access to shopping and dining in the village. One night we ate dinner at the beach club restaurant at the foot of the cliff below the hotel. Wonderful food and setting. This was our 3rd time in Sorrento and 1st time at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "
