"The room was spotless and roomy with everything you could possibly need. The staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough to make my stay memorable. Check-in was flawless greeted by welcome staff. The pool areas was very relaxed and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of offerings. I thoroughly recommend this place. "

"Historic hotel near the station and well located for the Duomo etc. the room although spacious was not very welcoming, and the breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Some lovely pieces of furniture here and there and the staff were generally very nice. One downside was a very annoying door bell that went off in the front reception for every automatic door opening, which occurred even after a light gust of wind. Shame as the hotel could be great."

"Staff member checking us in was unfamiliar with SERVICE dogs. That created a little friction, but was resolved. The room was comfortable, except for loud mechanical noises all night. The water pressure is excellent, but the shower is a bit small. The breakfast was adequate. "

"This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us Valentina Daisy Maria Marianna & Ricardo Thank you all so much!! "
