Clean room and spacious, comfortable bed and voice control in the room self laundry service on the floor housekeeping staff it’s very polite and friendly. What could be improved:
The Shenzhen location is better. The Guangzhou location doesn't provide refrigerators in the room. People will take your clothes out of the laundry and dryer. In Shenzhen you can monitor your laundry on the television channel. In Shenzhen they provide you with snacks and drinks every day.
Although it is a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke can be smelled regularly. If you aren't providing refrigerators in the rooms, you could provide ice on each floor. Instead of bottled water, they should have a filtered water tap to reduce the amount of plastic used. "
