"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. "On arrival thw managed didn't expect us, there wasn't a room ready and they were moving a wardrobe etc into our allocated room. I had to ask for towels, a kettle, a sheet to put over us on the bed. Electric sockets were dangerous, the balcony was filthy and the chairs disgusting. Day 2 of being there, no power and I gave the manager money to top up the electric. After one week there was no water. This place is disgusting and needs closing down "

While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. I would never recommend Sweet Mama Residence to anyone. "
