"I have stayed at Alta Hotel multiple occasions and they have never let me down. Always plenty of space in the rooms, excellent A/C, good friendly staff, outstanding pool, nice clean rooms, and plenty of parking for guests with cars. Will be staying again!!"

"Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs throughout the room. Ants were especially noticeable, so if you are allergic to ants or are very sensitive to insects, I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement, and the bug issue made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room during our stay, and they were quick to help us get the issue resolved."
