"SUCH a comfortable, homey location! Staff is beyond respectful, and helpful! An amazing location to stay at and walk to Seaport Village and other big SD things!"
"Downtown any city is not my favorite. I’m happy I did not let this deter me from booking this hotel. We loved the room! We were all very comfortable (2 adults, 3 teens, and large dog). The shower did not get hot and the water would be all over the bathroom floor no matter what we did. We were put in an accessible room. Though not needed, it was a very nice room and the shower could easily accommodate a wheelchair without additional assistance.
There also was not any vegan creamer for the Nespresso (but this is something I'm used to). The gym was very nice. They also have a nice yoga studio. I love how dog friendly they were. And there is a grassy area not too far. There’s great food options close by, but if you want quick, there’s a corner bakery and chipotle across the street. And a panera not too far. Parking was easy. We did the LAZ self parking at a discount. Valet was also offered for a little more. There wasnt any EV charging at the LAZ and I’m unsure about valet. Overall, I really like this hotel and would stay again. "
"Our suite was beautiful and spacious. We hosted our friends in it every day and there was so much space. The decor is so festive and fun. The staff was very helpful and the valet guys were helpful. We had a nice time.
Feedback: The shower water was not hot, and the shower leaked water all over the floor every time someone showered. Full length mirrors or more mirrors would be nice for multiple people being able to get ready at once. There were randoms wandering the floors and all restaurants and bars were packed with outsiders. It would be nice to have security by the stairs. And limit the number of outsiders because the people who pay to stay were having to leave the premise to get food/drinks. "
