Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Staff were lovely. They were very accomodating when we arrived early and we even upgraded (for a small price) to the seperate room with outside bathroom and kitchenette. Rooms were clean, towels fluffy and grounds and hotel itself of a balinese feel. Breakfast was ok. Basic but had the basics and variety, bacon, pastries fruit etc. Classed as a 4* but could do with some tlc with the pool and grounds and cupboards in the lovely outdoor bathroom. It was an enjoyable stay. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere which was great.
