The Roost is a very nice hotel. The only downside is the walls are very thin and we could hear everything going on in the apartment above us which was a bit overwhelming at times.

I loved it here. A luxury hotel apartment, very clean, and spacious. Parking was a bit of a distance from the hotel, 5 minutes walk. But it’s was worth it. The whole area was new around there.

I passed on the location in philladelphia the last time i was traveling but decided to try it in Baltimore. Let me say it was probably one the nicest properties me and my wife has stayed at.....and we travel a bit.... It was like having your own luxury condo. It was truly amazing. It was so nice my wife and I extended our stay an extra night. The Roost will definately be getting my business again,

Great property. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Modern apartment feel. But the only issues I had was a broken coffee bean machine, the shower never really got hot and its proximity to other locations.

This is my first choice when I visit Baltimore! Roost is my Home away from home and for me the location is perfect. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful.

Nice brand new "boutique-y" hotel on the new edge of Baltimore. A little out of the way, but the price was right. Not a fan of the off sight parking about a block away. WHAT YOU MUST DO! Use the QR code at the hotel to pay, especially in the late evening. DO NOT pay at the parking lot. Possibly hazardous, definitely a few dollars extra ...

This place is like a luxury hotel, it’s your own apartment, plenty of space and privacy. It has a washer and dryer, stuff to cook with. All of this for a good price, definitely going to stay here more often!

Above and Beyond!! Stellar Service and Attention!!
This was our first stay at the ROOST but it will definitely NOT be our last!! Excellent greeting and staff. Excellent amenities. The real MVP is Jazmine who made sure my iPad was located and made sure I got it back safe and sound. I accidentally left it in our room. I was so stressed out! Jazmine's persistence paid off in talking with the managers and staff of various departments to make sure my iPad was found returned with NO damages or tampering. She went above and beyond!! She deserves all the raises available for her hard work overnight and into the morning. We were able to pick it up before leaving the DMV. We're so grateful!! The rooms were so relaxing and classy. Upscale everything. Living in luxury feeling like home out of town! What a great stay!

This property appears to be new or renovated...the rooms are apartment style. I felt like I was staying in someone's house. Very modern with a one bedroom layout and living room in kitchen. Very modern appliances and even had a hiddem washer and driver. This is where we will be staying when we come to the Baltimore area again...
