"Very crowded hotel. More like a beach club. Food ia way overpriced. Get ready to spend around $250-300 for a very basic lunch for 2. Rooms are smelly and dated. No available sunbeds in the beach after 9am. Very loud and hectic hotel. Stayed there for 2 nights and left with a huge disappointment"

"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. The service is much better and faster if you have an all inclusive package but is very costly compared to other resorts. It doesn’t have the best beach and is difficult to snorkel. I would recommend you research resorts in depth before booking. This resort was just not a good fit for the purpose of our travel but it’s beautiful. We were asked if we were there for a special occasion ahead of time, and we told them we were there for our honeymoon, but we’re not sure why we were asked as nothing was done different from other guests."

"Everything was fine except the mold in our room which was noticed on the 3rd day and our room was changed (upgraded). Overall a very positive experience spend with our family."

"We spent 8 nights in this beautiful resort with our extended family. Had a great time! The rooms are spacious and the hotel location is great. The food at all restaurants was really delicious. The only negative aspect is the service at the main patio restaurant and at the pool. Had to wait a lot and always had mistakes in our food/drinks orders. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. "Hygiene needs improvement, but the staff was responsive and sometimes very attentive. The facilities were good overall, except for the pools, where surface issues may have caused swimmer injuries. The activities and activity staff were excellent, and it’s a great destination for a family vacation."

"We were shown so much care, kindness and attention throughout our stay. Every team member: reception, admin, restaurant, kitchen, maintenance and cleaning were consistently friendly, helpful and professional. They worked hard and always had a smile on and enquired about our experience each time. The location was perfect: just a five‑minute walk to a beautiful part of the Flic en Flac lagoon, ideal for early‑morning swims and snorkelling. Breakfast was varied and generous, with cooked options, pastries, breads, cheeses and plenty of tropical fruits, plus extras like boiled eggs, pancakes and omelettes. Dinner changed nightly with cultural themes; I especially enjoyed the vegetables, salads, calamari and desserts. A few small improvements would help: boiling water at breakfast for tea, better coffee and water jugs at dinner. Rooms were cleaned daily, towels and beach towels replaced and the shower had good water pressure. Tea‑making facilities and a small fridge in the room were very convenient. The free carpark and on‑site gym were great bonuses. Good Wi‑Fi throughout and fun Sega dancing during the week added to the experience. "The hotel was good and had great amenities, especially good wateraports.However I would class it as a 4 star rather than a 5 star. The check in was poor. Having travelled 13 hours and through the night, I did not expect there to be be a delay in checking in....surely they could have found another room rather than keep us waiting.The room cleaning was inconsistent sometimes good, sometimes not so good. The gym was basic but the equipment was new. The gym bin was not emptied and the water dispensers were not filled up on a regular basis. "
