At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...

"Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast."
