"日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!! "

"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. "The owner is very nice. It is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed lots of beautiful roses and other flowers as well as cute animals in the compound. It was also nice that we could walk to the Sunday market. "

"Staff was kind but facilities so old that even light off in the night impossible. Door locking was some time out of order that dangerous. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Rooms are not the ones we booked and payd for via Expedia. Official hotel prices are much lower in VND. Very friendly man at our reception! Room small, but OK and clean. Good bed, hot water and aircon/heating. Elevator. No restaurant, no tour booking, no breakfast, no information on anything. No money changer.
