"One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The setting is beautiful, as are the spacious rooms. The pool area was gorgeous, however, could've done with a rail and better non-slip tiling. Ate twice in the Thai restairant- excellent food. Breakfast in Creek cafe was plentiful and super selection. All staff were friendly and very professional. I would definitely stay again! "

"Die Personen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man gerne auf einem Brett schläft, dann ist man hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die Matratze war ein harter Futon, auf dem ich Rückenschmerzen bekam und nur sehr schwer einschlafen konnte. Das Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Das hatte zur Folge, dass der Abfallbehälter überlief. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Die Umgebung war ruhig, bis auf die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge, die direkt über das Hotel flogen,...

"The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site. On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am."

Excellent ,comfortable,relaxing

"Amazing . Travelled with my 5 year old son. This was our second stay at the same hotel In less than six months . And the staff was amazing. They made sure the big teddy bear was kept in our room even before we checked in. A speacial mention for Mr Rak ( at the reception) and Rudy who made sure they recommended places to visit and things to do with our son. Our flight was late in the day and even the extended late check out was done with ease. We were absolutely happy with our stay ( relaxing and comfortable). I would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s perfectly located too so easy to commute to any restaurant and places via grab. "
