"The room was as basic but clean and felt safe. It was expected. Bedding and towels were provided but I was surprised to find a wash cloth was not. I like to cleanse my face in the evening. I also accidently locked my self out of my room the evening prior to my departure and was surprised to find they had no spare key. The staff did gain entry but had to move me to another room for my last night. In that room the sink leaked from underneath and there were visible cobwebs. I do not think they planned to have someone in the room but it was not ready for occupancy. "

"When we arrive it was 12am at that time wanting to shower and take good rest as we enter no receptionist some old man approached and gave us the key the steps are almost falling as we enter nothing at all as the pictures you advertise the view from the room was ok but the curtain ohh my god was full of moles dirt the bathroom dirty needs a good scrub and clean the windows here is where the worst part comes time to lay on the bed was the worse moment ever even my tiredness went away the pillows smell like ass the bedsheets was cream instead of white the bed was hard and the floors was sticky gross. Highly not recommended! "

"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful with everything!!! Tina the owner helped with many answers to questions and referrals on many things. We enjoyed morning coffee on our balcony watching the activities and people watching looking down on the Malecon . My new favorite place for sure!!! It was a week of total relaxation!! The perfect place to truly enjoy the easy days of an AWSOME little Mexican town. We will be back!!! Thanks Tina"

"The view was nice. The room clean. The bathroom was not the best. Limited hot water and odd setup. The toilet getst wet every time you shower because it’s just open. Also it says there are laundry facilities but there are none. You have to walk a few blocks to a service that will wash for you and give it back to you in the afternoon. Staff was nice. "
