"Estuvimos en familia y tuvimos 2 habitaciones en el 4to piso. Camas muy confortables, habitaciones limpias, aunque en la 434 había un ligero olor a humedad. El desayuno espectacular. El personal muy amable Diego en la recepcion y Helena en el desayuno. La ubicación es excelente. Vollveriamos de nuevo."
"In the center of it all. Across the street from hotel that cost 10x more. Very posh area of Madrid. Close to everything. Luxurious surroundings. Nicely apportioned rooms. Well worth it. "
"Cute and modern hotel in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to hundreds of shops and restaurants. Very safe area. Starbucks 2 doors down. Has a great breakfast with a lot of options and a nice gym. Our triple room was nice and large with a wonderful view of the Main Street. "
"A fantastic hotel in the heart of Madrid. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with wonderful air conditioning. One evening was a little noisy courtesy of a large family on the hall - hopefully in the future the staff will curtail this type of behavior. However, overall, a wonderful stay and we can't wait to return!"
"I had an initial reservation after booking as some of the photos of the property on some review sites showed dated facilities. This was not the case and the hotel has gone through a full renovation to have a pleasant cafe at the lobby to clean and modern decor in the rooms. Thoughtful touches throughout from the amenities to storage of your items. The location was a perfect base for my wife and I to explore Madrid by foot. Right off Gran Via and walkable to most of the major sights. "
