The check in was a breeze as we arrived super late and no one was in the front desk. They made sure tho that the code for the door was there and we could get in easily. The communication they provided was so clear that we didn’t have any dramas at all.

Good for refreshing up before the next flight. Bed was rock hard and bathroom wasn’t very clean. Wanted to boil water but water from tap was brown. Check-in not very easy as i was told someone will greet us there, but when we arrived it was just the cleaner and he seems blurry, room not ready, and took a while to figure out. Overall we still had a good rest before our next flight.

Not happy
Was not happy with the room at all. The water was yellow, the shower head broken. No one to contact at all. Could hear the airport PA system all night. Food at airport horrible. Didn't enjoy at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to inform that we have fixed the mentioned issues. For your information, Nest Dayroom is a self check-in with room code shared via guest messages. Hence, there is no receptionist. Nest Dayroom is located inside the transit hall of Brunei International Airport. It is inevitable that there will be annoucement over the Airport's PA system. This is also to remind the passenger who stay at Nest Dayroom to be aware of their flight. However we will strive to provide best accomodations for our guest who stays in Nest Dayroom.

This isn’t a review of Nest dayrooms, it’s a review for Expedia who took my booking and money while Nest dayrooms were closed (we found out when we got there that it had been for over a year). I have been in touch with Expedia to ask for a refund and have heard nothing further.

The staff is very helpful and efficient in resolving our issues with the booking and payment. Appreciate the help given to our daughter who travel alone in transit @BWN. Highly recommended to other traveller's.

We had a 3-hour stay due to a layover from London to Melbourne. A great chance to have a rest and a shower. Note that the property only accepts cash (in several currencies including AUD) if you choose to pay when you arrive. Was impressed that despite booking for a full 24-hour stay they reimbursed us so we only paid 40AUD or so for 3 hours. Would recommend as a good place to rest between flights as the airport is very small with limited shops.

We had a long interim between our flight from KL and the onward flight to London. Nest Dayrooms was the perfect solution. Situated in Banda Siri Serawan it’s very quiet, has comfortable beds, hot shower and tea making facilities. Make sure they do sent you the code to open the room - we had a bit of a problem, which eventually got solved.

Airport hotel located at the departure lounge
Nest dayrooms is located at the departure lounge of Brunei airport. It is very easy to locate. Just head down the spiral staircase you can't miss it. Room is comfortable. Good for few hours of rest while waiting for connecting flight. There's really nothing much to do at the airport, there are few shops and a cafe. The dayroom is the preferred choice. Very friendly staffs. Room size is reasonable and the water pressure is good. On the down size: Free WiFi very slow. No international power outlet - remember to bring along a power adapter to charge up your electronic devices. Room smells. Tv channel / stations doesn't work.

I got escorted from my arrival gate through the transit check and into the transit/departure lounge by NestRoom staff. That was very kind of them to ensure a smooth check-in to the room. The Raja Udang room was spacious for 1-2 people to have a comfortable stay. It was nice to have a double bed to stretch out and also a proper toilet with towels, soap and a hot shower to bathe in before getting on to another long flight. It was kind of them to provide toothbrush, toothpaste, room slippers, iron and ironing board as well as bottled water, tea and coffee in the room. There was also TV and free WiFi in the room which was useful to contact family and occupy my long (>8 hours) transit time. Unfortunately there was renovation works happening next door and I couldn't get a long stretch of sleeping in with the drilling and hacking sounds. It would also be nice if a hairdryer were available in the room.

付款方式:這裡只接受現金,出發前有先確認他們可以接受新幣(SGD)。 地點:位在sky lounge的樓下,很好找。 服務:check in的的工作人員不會說英語,且沒有準備零錢應付找零的情況。 透過電話跟會說英文的主管溝通後,表示隔日退房前會來收取房費,實際上該區域並沒有任何接待櫃台及員工駐守,表示你無法一有問題或想check out的時候就能找到員工 (都不擔心客人沒付錢就離開嗎XD) 心得:使用觸控式密碼鎖進出房間,wifi訊號穩定。 備品大致齊全(牙刷、牙膏、毛巾、礦泉水、即溶咖啡等等),但衣櫃沒有衣架,房內也無提供紙拖鞋。 床頭櫃擺了一張道歉告示,說明短期內機場都會在凌晨2-5點施工,我實際帶著耳塞入睡,雖然無法完全阻隔噪音,但還是很舒服的睡了一晚(因人而異吧)。 整體來說,相當適合過境轉機的旅客入住,你能省下市區飯店的機場接送和簽證費用! 但記得準備點食物在你的隨身行李,免得半夜肚子餓卻買不到東西吃。

Great place for a long layover
The room is clean and the space is good enough for luggages of 2 persons. Easily reachable at the transit area. I received emails of instructions for self check-in, but the friendly staff still came to lead us the way to the room.

要注意
バンダルスリブガワン空港の中にあるワンルームホテル。イミグレ通過後にしか利用できません。 手荷物しか持ち込めないので、大きなキャリーケースを開けて一休み、という訳にはいかないのが残念。同空港にはそもそもシャワールームがあるため、乗り換え待ちの利用など、用途は限られるのではないでしょうか。 従業員の方の対応は丁寧、迅速でした。
