Pero algo descuidado y falta mejora en el mantenimiento , limpieza alberca ,más iluminación de jardines , menú restaurant No está buen surtido , Sugerencias.- mantenimiento , y menú con carta amplia pero No hay muchos platillos !! Lugar agradable pero podría estar muchísimo mejor "

"Resulta que este es un motel y algunos cuartos los habilitaron como de hotel, el aire acondicionado no sirve, tuvimos que pedir una cobija porque la cama no tenía y el cuarto estaba muy frío."

"It was our first time to Xalapa and booking here definitely was the right choice. Clean room, great staff, big breakfast variety. Only downside was our outlet in the bathroom had water damage, this didn’t affect our stay at all though. Definitely would book here again when re-visiting! "

"I cannot say enough of this small jewel in Xalapa. Great boutique hotel . Great staff! Safe area to walk and exercise. Amazing food! Just one minor drawback is the pillows, a little bit too hard for my taste, but don’t forget to ask for a change. This is not a hotel for people with wheelchairs, since there is a lot of steps."
