"The hotel staff, rooms, were as expected, clean, sanitized & comfy - our only complaint was the breakfast offered - opened 1/2 hour after designated time, person in charge didn’t even acknowledge us even after we asked for coffee- breakfast was extremely minimal and after we finished our meal coffee was finally served :( We would still rate hotel as a 10 and would stay there again but go out elsewhere for breakfast "

"We arrived in the evening and the first thing they did when we arrived was charge us another 2300 pesos for the same exact room that we already booked and paid for. Due to the late hour, there was no choice but to pay it so we could go to sleep. For that reason alone, the review is 1 star, but it doesn’t end there. The description of the room said partial

but if we opened the curtains all we could see was people at the pool looking INTO OUR ROOM because they put us on the ground...
