Hotels in Banff Centre District

"Wish I would have booked elsewhere. The hotel is being renovated, and there is road construction in front of and around the hotel. You can barely access the parking garage, the street in front is closed, and we paid extra for a mountain view and got a view of a construction pit with mountains in the background. The very loud construction noise started at 8 AM every day. The pool was wild each night (do not go there if you are looking for a relaxing time). On top of being really crowded, there was a woman in the pool kicking children out if she didn’t like their behaviors. She claimed to work there and was chatting with a worker at one point, but we found out later she was a guest. While the rowdiness was certainly a lot and it was overcrowded, this woman went rogue and was picking and choosing kids to force out of the pool, even with their parents there—and the staff allowed it. Overall, the stay was stressful and the opposite of a relaxing getaway."

"The facility and amenities are dated. There was no actual swimming pool but the outdoor hot tub was a nice feature. Matress was hard as a rock and there was limited house keeping while we were staying there. Friendly staff and wood was already cut and stored away in the parkade. The room we had was cozy, I just wish they vacuumed since we had a messy toddler with us. "

"We booked during the easter break 2026 which made the price cheaper. I liked our room accomodation on the second floor because we had the balcony which gave us a stunning view of the mountains. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly and accomodating. Location is conviniently located near stores and gas station. Size of the room is enough for a family of four. The restaurant downstairs has friendly staff, too. Highly recommended for travellers."
