"We really loved our stay. The rooms are beautiful. We especially loved the rooftop hot pools and fire table lounge area. The fridge in our room was not working unfortunately, but overall it was a great hotel, we would absolutely stay again and recommend to others."

"This is a VERY unique property and even more so given the location to downtown Banff. The amenities are numerous and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any needs you may have. Parking is very expensive on site, however, so take that into account during your stay and for your budget. If possible, select a room on the back side of the hotel to get a view of the mountains! "
