"The gym was out of service and were not able to use it and when we checked into our first room, there was a lot of stuff that was broken. However, we did show up and fix it, but we had to be relocated because the AC was sparking."

"Our King Suite w/Kitchenette room did overlook the beach, however there is a road between the property and the beach, so not really the best. The Kitchenette had full cupboards, a toaster, mini fridge and a sink, but didn't have any dishes, utensils, or glasses so brining your own food or groceries back to the room is a bit useless, we had to get some to-go utensils and soup cup from the restaurant so the kids could have toast and cereal in the mornings. "

We found a large bug in the room, the bathroom door got stuck and locked my son inside (maintenance said it had happened before), and the AC unit smelled strongly like urine when turned on.
