"Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. "Room rates are way overpriced for what they offer. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels in Thailand where I received a welcome drink, fruit basket, stocked minibar and more for half the price. None of these things were offered. The food at all outlets is shocking! I wonder if the GM ever eats there? My room was not very clean. Upon entering the room the floor was still wet from cleaning. The swimming pools are nice and location is good near to the beach, but I would not stay here again."
