Limited cleaning, unresponsive staff. You see how good customer service is when there is a problem. The hotel failed to address the problems they had because of the epidemic. Between them and Expedia no one could answer a question or resolve issues.

Having a breakfast meal and you always passing the smoking floor 7th floor really a bad smell very strong smell of the cigarette . Can’t handle it .we have to wear a mask to pass thru.

There is no fridge in the room, only a "cooler" which does not do anything, drinks are not kept cold nor even "cool", drinks are at room temperature which is not satisfactory in a tropical climate. For this alone I would not stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast is good, lots to choose from n property is walking dustance to MOA. Pool is small n not well kept

Great value. I have stayed in a lot less for a lot more and its in a great location near the airport.

Staying at this hotel was good. I like the fact that it is very close to MOA. Walking distance. Also how it has a 7-11 store close by. Also a laundry service outside the hotel. And for anyone who has Anytime Fitness membership. There is one close by. However the hotel It self has it’s own gym and pool. 😊 definitely a place to stay at.

We have stayed there previously and were impressed to get room upgrade. Clean, excellent housekeeping, good breakfast choice, convenient for moa, Pasay, Ayala mall and not far from airport. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Very good location. My room overlooked a vacant lot full of garbage and was not uncommon to see people urinating.

Near the airport but be prepared for traffic in the morning, it takes 20 minutes to go 200 meters during rush hour. The wake up call I requested never came, but the food in the in-house restaurant was good.
