"The hotel and the room were overall good. It could have been a little cleaner in the lobby, it looks a little run down. The dining area was nice. The bar area was cute. I wish there was a pool! My biggest complaints were that the safe didn’t work so I was not able to lock anything in it, and the location of the hotel. It’s about 20-30 minutes via taxi into Florence. I didn’t realize it was so far away when I booked it. "
