"Occidental 414 was a great place with a high level of service and comfort. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Views of the street from the hotel room were stunning but not all rooms have the same view. Breakfast was spectacularly delicious and offered a great variety of foods. Something for everyone!! We stayed on the first floor and did notice the regular light rumble of the metro. But this did not disrupt sleep. Rooftop terrace and pool were a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel is not cheap but the neighborhood was not crowded and the location was perfect in my opinion. Public transportation was easy to access!! Would have like a little more space in our room but the high ceilings were nice touch."

We had a family emergency at one point on our trip and the staff were so accommodating. The location was also phenomenal as you were two blocks away from the main shopping, several pharmacies on the same block, as well as mini marts/grocery stores. Will definitely be back. "
