As someone who finds most hotels to be hot, we were able to see the thermostat and use the ceiling fan to keep it just above freezing in our room—-which was much appreciated! I’d stay here again "

Eva explained how street names work here, which was very helpful. On Christmas morning, the staff even went outside in the cold to call a taxi for us. The service truly exceeded our expectations.
