I have never taken the time to write a review of a hotel in my many years of travelling but the staff at this hotel went so above and beyond that it warrants recognition. The people were so friendly and took the time to provide us with wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The location is also perfect, the subway was right outside as was a taxi stand and the big red bus stop #1. There is shopping and food a stone's throw away. We went walking around every evening and the area was safe and secure. The hotel is brand new and while they are working out some kinks, the staff were so responsive to any minor issues we had. The rooftop pool was an amazing place to relax after an afternoon of sightseeing in the heat. You felt like you were on top of the world. The views day and night were breathtaking. The breakfast was also outstanding; not only did you have a selection of baked goods, cheeses, jams, meats, etc. but you could order eggs or pancakes in addition to those items which were delivered along with a mimosa, delicious cappuccino, espresso, or whatever you could possibly want. The staff even decorated our room with balloons and left a birthday dessert for me after my mother told them we were there to celebrate my Birthday. I could not be happier that I selected this hotel and all of the members in our group from teenager to grandparents were very happy. Thank you Bless!
