I really liked the location of this hotel. Easy access to the waterfront and to all the activity on La Rambla and the surrounding area. I was easy to walk to a lot of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

What I see is a problem, is the not well trained reception staff. receptionist make us wait 30 minutes because he could not find my reservation even when I showed him the receipt I printed directly from Expedia that the hotel has been already paid. This is ridiculous!
