My stay at this property was awful. When I booked my reservation on Expedia, I entered for two adults (ages 18 ), and 2 children (ages 0-17). These age ranges were what were listed on Expedia. Therefore, it was my understanding that I was traveling with, what were considered, two adults and two children. We booked a room that had two twin beds, and a double sofa bed. The plan was for the two adults each with a twin bed, and the two children to share the double sofa. Upon arrival, the property informed us that we did not have two adults and two children, but instead, four adults. And the four adults could not stay at this property together because if we doubled up on the sofa, it would break. I offered to pay extra and was denied. I said that I would sleep on the floor, and was denied. I was told that we would have to split the family up and could put 2 of us at their hotel, and book another hotel for the remaining 2. I contacted Expedia with my issue and stated that I wanted to simply cancel the reservation and book our family at a different property. I was told that the property denied my request for a refund. The hotel was not understanding at all, and was not accommodating to our family. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was forced to spend an extra $1,100 USD to get a second property, which I don’t feel is right.
