There is mold in this apartment. Be careful about AC units because it has mold. Also there towels warmer has electricity problems and gives you a shock. Very careful about washer it is full of the mold same as dishwasher. I have to wash all the dishes with my hands before using. I told that to the front office but they didn’t do anything. I can upload photos on google because in this website I can’t upload pictures.

Excellent location, walkable to bus and metro stations. Many small local restaurants and coffeehouses. Groceries are literally round the corner. Very polite staff with good English. Only complain is quite small rooms and bad sound insulation. Bring earplugs with you if you want to sleep.

Studio apartment was clean and Comfortable. My key card stopped working a few times but staff were helpful and polite. I made good use of the equipped gym. Check in and check out was easy.

The Barcelona BCN apart hotel is a bit misnomer of other apart hotels we stayed before: 1. No coffee or tea provided 2. No dishwasher 3. The locks on doors, windows are quite dodgy and not working properly 4. No soap in the shower dispenser 5. The overall condition is worn down and cheap looking like ikea wardrobe and ikea shelves. Not impressed. Poor value for money. Will not recommend to stay.

Very clean and new facilities. We rented an apartment with kitchen. There have a lot of restaurants and markets. Breakfast is good, and swimming pool is nice. Walk about 15 minutes to subway station. Very close to Montjuic.

Good location, close to the train station-Sants, not so far from Pl. Espanya - 10 mins on foot, surrounded by cafes, bakeries, poor and old-fashioned equipment in the kitchen (e.g.microwave). Not very good ventilation during the night, only closed/open doors.

Family stop over in Barcelona. Brilliant staff
The staff were absolutely amazing. Location good and rooms clean and tidy. Got too warm in the night but there is air con, but located at the front of the room where our kids were sleeping. Would recommend to stay here.

The only thing was that we were supposed to be able to check in at 3pm and even when we got back after 4pm (with 3 very tired children) the room still wasn't ready. Staff was very nice though and helpful with anything else we asked.

My stay at this property was awful. When I booked my reservation on Expedia, I entered for two adults (ages 18 ), and 2 children (ages 0-17). These age ranges were what were listed on Expedia. Therefore, it was my understanding that I was traveling with, what were considered, two adults and two children. We booked a room that had two twin beds, and a double sofa bed. The plan was for the two adults each with a twin bed, and the two children to share the double sofa. Upon arrival, the property informed us that we did not have two adults and two children, but instead, four adults. And the four adults could not stay at this property together because if we doubled up on the sofa, it would break. I offered to pay extra and was denied. I said that I would sleep on the floor, and was denied. I was told that we would have to split the family up and could put 2 of us at their hotel, and book another hotel for the remaining 2. I contacted Expedia with my issue and stated that I wanted to simply cancel the reservation and book our family at a different property. I was told that the property denied my request for a refund. The hotel was not understanding at all, and was not accommodating to our family. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was forced to spend an extra $1,100 USD to get a second property, which I don’t feel is right.

On Expedia, when you book a Family Studio you cannot book for 2 adults and 2 children with age older than 12, you can only book Apartments. We received your booking for 2 adults only and no communications were made with us regarding the occupancy. Also, we couldn't upgrade you to another type of room because we were fully booked that day. We will thoroughly check the descriptions on Expedia to avoid future confusions in the future. We take your complaints very seriously and will keep them in mind for future improvements. Once again let me apologise if we did not handle it in the correct way.Kind regards,

This hotel offered great accommodations for our family of 9. We booked 2 rooms that had 2 bedrooms and fold out sofas. Too bad the weather was cool or we would have taken advantage of the pool. It was walkable to dining.

Apartment was perfect for our family of 5, with 3 single beds and a double pull out couch. There’s a rooftop pool and gym. Easy walk to the metro and attractions.

Was great for a few nights to be tourists. A bit loud in the main room if you need to use the pull out couch for sleep, and a few nights on that mattress was horrible...but other rooms/beds were good. We didn't get the nicely, updated, decorated room as shown in booking photos and no terrace/balcony...but was sufficient. Staff is amazing and super kind & helpful.

Great for families
We stayed here with 2 young kids and so the in-unit laundry was amazing. There was also a kids play area in the hotel, but we were so busy because there were so many parks and stuff to do within walking distance.
