Loved the location, proximity to grocery stores, and all major attractions. Loved how roomy the apartment was. It had a nice size rooms and kitchen had a dishwasher! Worked great for us. Very friendly staff!

My family and I stayed here for one night. The rooms were large as was the living area. The bathroom was large and the shower had great water pressure. The apartment was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. We thought it was priced very reasonably and would stay here again.

The location was great. The check in was easy. The hotel is old and needs updates. The walls were blotchy and needed a paint job. The dish washer was full of dirty dishes upon arrival. At least it was spacious. We loved the blackout curtains

Great for a city break

Great location for exploring the city. Slightly dark in the apartment and quite a noisy area but nothing some ear plugs cant fix! Well furnished, had everything we needed for a self catering holiday

Best apartment in great location

Amazing location- 5 min from Metro, quite street, 2 supermarkets and bakery next to the apartment. Many asian and coffee shops in the area. Very helpful staff. Cleaning every day. Kitchen with all you need to cook.

For the money, the Aparthotel Napols is a great deal. Having a kitchenette made our 8 night stay pleasant. It was sufficiently stocked that we had everything we needed, though we didn’t use the oven. Plenty of grocery shopping on the same street.

Very average aparthotel. Great location but property is extremely dated e.g. no smart TV and lots of wood everywhere. Bed was ok. Parking on property was ok I guess but pricey. Appreciate it's middle of summer super expensive per night and felt like a bit of a rip off. Anywhere guess that's Barcelona.

I loved the space! Equipped with a complete kitchen, a spacious bathroom and living room, we were quite comfortable in this apartment. Everything seemed clean and new. What I didn’t like? I didn’t appreciate an extra charge for the third person, even though I was up front with that at the beginning. The reception was always polite and helpful.

Mohammad at the front desk helped us every day plan our outings. He was the most cheerful and helpful person. We truly appreciated him. It would have been nice to have a/c or a fan. The rooms were very warm and we were not comfortable leaving the windows open at night.

This was an ideal location away from the main tourist stretch but very easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Apartment had everything needed and was a good size for 2. The bathroom could do with some TLC and modernising but not a dealbreaker. The building lifts are incredibly slow and didn’t feel solid, we mostly took the stairs. Staff at reception were friendly but painfully slow. It took over 20 minutes to check in.

We checked in and were allocated a 5th floor apartment. I explained I didn't like lifts or heights. Helpful staff immediately reallocated us to a lower floor. Apartment was exceptionally spacious, somewhere I'd be happy to live ! Couple of issues with kitchen electrics were quickly solved by staff. Only problem was staying only 1 night, would like to have stayed longer. Will return there on next visit to barca

Fantastic place!

My husband and i stayed at the Aparthotel Napols for 3 nights over the weekend 3rd-6th september. The location was just great, and the apartment we were given was amazing - considering how reasonably priced it was, the apartment we had was HUGE (2 bedrooms), with a nice entrance hallway, comfy beds, a beautiful living area and a good sized, well equipped kitchen.I thought there was a great standard of cleanliness, and the touch of a washing up kit in the kitchen was just brilliant. There isn't a restaurant on site, but the options in the immediate and wider area mean that it's not an issue. You have the 365 cafe on the corner which was great for a takeaway coffee & sandwich, and also, two supermarkets, a beautiful grocers/ and a bakery, all in the same street. There is of course the option for delivery via a delivery app, and some good restaurants within short walking distance. A MUST visit in Barcelona for a restaurant with an authentic feel, amazing food and fantastic sangria, is La Alcobita in the Barri Gotic. Transport wise, there is the Tetuan Metro a short walk away, and taxis easily available in the 'FreeNow' app, which in Barcelona, is far superior to Uber. I honestly cannot rate this aparthotel highly enough - everything was perfect and i will stay again the next time i am visiting the city.

The main reason for choosing this hotel was the availability of a two-bedroom apartment and the advertised on-site laundry facilities. Unfortunately, we discovered that laundry services for guests have not been available for over a year, although the website still indicates otherwise. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, offering good potential for a comfortable stay. However, it would benefit from greater attention to detail and maintenance. The listing mentions a coffee maker, but only a small espresso machine suitable for two people was provided instead of a standard drip coffee maker. No dish towels were available, which are useful even with a dishwasher. There were also no placemats for the dining table, and the cutlery was of poor quality. Wine glasses were not provided, which was unexpected. In one of the bedrooms, there was no bedside lamp, and we had to request one to be added. The living area would also benefit from softer lighting, as the bright ceiling fixtures make it less comfortable for relaxing in the evening. Basic amenities could be improved. No hand soap was available in either the kitchen or the bathroom, and the small bottles of shampoo and shower gel were not replenished once used. Overall, while the apartment is spacious and conveniently located, the lack of attention to these details made the experience fall short.

The location allows access to the key landmarks via a 15-20 minute walk or via subway (station 5 minutes away) or bus (many stops close). Restaurant options around the hotel are mostly Asian but you will find other possibilities within 10 minutes. We had a room with a kitchenette, which was convenient. However, it would be helpful for customers to add a few items: proper wine glasses (there were only 2 cognac glasses), a few more plates, saucers, bowls and cups. Reception staff was helpful when needed.
