Good location

Super location, spacious apartment for a weekend with friends. Air condition didn’t work (no one fixed it as we were told someone would do) and the apartment had som high shaking noises at regular times, up til 4 times an hour. Toilet paper was not refilled during the stay.

Appartement super bien situé!. Vous devez appeler l’agence minimum 24 h avant votre arrivée pour confirmer alors que vous avez déjà payé !avec internet c’est étonnant de devoir en plus pensée à téléphoner pour confirmer . La ligne vous propose espagnol ou anglais , dieu merci en choisissant anglais , j’ai demandé un contact parlant un peu le français (note positive ,la personne très sympa et aidants) en effet l’annonce vous dit que le Check in se passe a une autre adresse que l’appartement, mais la jeune femme finalement nous a dit de téléphoner à l’arrivé à Barcelone pour prévenir l’agence afin de nous rendre directement à l’appartement et nous éviter tout le temps perdu entre l’adresse de l’agence et de l’appartement. Une fois arrivé remise clefs en format carte et caution à venir récupérer à l’agence. Un concierge présent en semaine mais aucune utilité pour nous.l appart est propre il y a une éponge savon vaisselle et liquide pour 1 lavage en machine à laver le linge . Il y a le strict minimum de vaisselle et couvert , je ne pense pas qu’à 5 cela soit suffisant . Les draps de lit se trouve dans une minuscule et unique armoire .Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain ,heureusement nous n’étions que 2 . Le ménage a été fait 1 jour sur les 4 .Prévoir torchon pour la cuisine car il n’y en a pas.le Check out a 11 h pas avant ils vous laisse sous la pluie comme ce fut pour nous et autres clients et si vous avez un vol tôt c’est juste pour récupérer caution ...

It was all very dirty, everything was very small, the beds uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. We got cockroaches, the elevator was a thing. The staff didn't want to help or resolve any problem.

世界合唱シンポジウムというのに参加するために女性３人で借りました。シンポジウム会場やコンサートホールなど移動する箇所がたくさんありましたので、地下鉄の駅が徒歩圏内で３カ所利用でき便利でした。小さいですが深夜１時まで開いているスーパーも近くにあり重たい水や、牛乳、ビール、くだものを買いました。おいしいパン屋さんも近くにあります。少々歩きますが、カタルーニャ広場のデパートの地下に大きいスーパーもあり何でも売っています。お土産もそこで調達できました。 簡易のキッチンでしたがコンロも２つあり、鍋やフライパンも揃っていて料理もできて便利。 お部屋が家族向きでダブルベッド１台とソファーベッド２台だったのが残念。他の部屋はどうなっているのか良くわかりませんが、空いている部屋はここだけでした。場所が便利そうなので決めました。思った以上に駅に近く、治安も悪くなさそうでした。近くにホテルがあり、タクシーも拾い易いです。 是非また利用したいと思います。

Best possible location in Barcelona for business or leisure traveler. Out of the tourist zone AND central to everything. Unit is compact and kitchen minimal. But very comfortable and quiet, managers were super helpful. On site too. This is an outstanding rental.

Modern space, great location!

Pros: The apartment itself is spacious, modern and well-appointed; kitchenette has plenty of utensils etc. so it was easy to prepare small meals during our stay. Comfortable bed + pillows. Prior to arrival there was great communication with staff via email. It was also nice to have reception on-site. Great central location! Close to Passeig de Gracia which has lots of shopping & Gaudi sites like Casa Batllo & Casa Mila. A 20min walk to the Gothic Quarter and El Born. We liked being able to access tourist sites without staying in the busy tourist areas. Overall, a great stay!! Cons: - Check-in was quite slow, and even though we arrived a day after our first booked/paid night (due to flight delays), on arrival the staff said our room wasn't ready. There was also construction going on in the room next door; it would have been nice to know this beforehand since it was pretty loud. - Room/bathroom were clean, but there were some pretty dusty surfaces (eg. bedside stands). This might not bother some people but since I have allergies I had an immediate reaction. - We booked a 5 night stay and needed refills for soap (1 small bar between hands/shower provided) and toilet paper (a couple rolls provided); staff begrundgingly replaced it when we asked but mentioned that they don't typically do so...(even though the website lists free toiletries?) - Noisy courtyard, so parties/conferences could be heard most nights. We didn't mind but just an FYI for those who want a quieter setting!
