"We stayed at Moxy Barcelona and honestly, our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The staff were incredible – so friendly, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to help us. I especially want to say a huge thank you to the barman who made my son’s birthday so special. He was unbelievably kind to us and truly helped create a moment we will never forget. 💙 Breakfast was delicious and served from 6:30–10:30 every morning, which was so convenient. Everything tasted fresh, and the chocolate croissants were on another level – genuinely unforgettable! The rooftop pool was absolutely incredible, with a stunning view overlooking the history museum – such a beautiful and relaxing spot, especially in the evenings. Everything in the hotel was spotless at all times, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the whole stay feel even more comfortable and high quality. The play area was just amazing, with an arcade machine and a pool table – we had such a great time as a family. My husband, my son, and I all really enjoyed it together. A big thank you to all the staff – the receptionists, security, bar staff, housekeeping, and the amazing cooks – everyone was fantastic and made our stay truly special. We left with such happy memories and would 100% stay again. Thank you, Moxy Barcelona, for making our trip so special!"

"Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices. Check in was the first problem as we asked in good time for a twin bedroom but on check in we had to wait for an extra hour whilst they sorted it out. Once in the room the safe was faulty and we reported this straight away and was told it would be sorted. After a four night stay the safe is still not working right after numerous conversations with reception. "

"Property was uniquely built its round, clean and pretty. Breakfast was additional charge aprox. 30euros. The property sits in a business district away from anything to do or see, must get a taxi or Uber. Here’s a constructional flaw, the bathroom shower doors are not seal properly so when showering water goes out door and all over wooden bathroom floor. No shelving in shower and zero wash cloths in room, had to request. The carton water in the room is yours no fee. Desk personnel was helpful."

"Overall experience was great and it is in a very good location. However one thing I would suggest is that they upgrade to better pillows or get more. I couldn’t really have a restful night because of how uncomfortable they were. We did request extras several times but we were told they didn’t have any. "
