We liked that there was coffee, water, and a little muffin downstairs in the morning. And also lockers to leave our luggage before check-in time. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room and building was very clean and beautiful.

It was good! No issues with anything, basic hotel but it has everything I needed. I ended up staying another night! Staff were courteous and warm! There's free muffins and coffee in the morning and you can refill your water anytime. It's close to the public transportation and very easy to go around Barcelona. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby! I'll definitely stay again!

The room was modern and tidy, and the hotel had a neat artsy vibe. We also loved the garden area for enjoying a morning coffee! The water filter in the lounge area for refilling our water bottles was also a plus! The hotel is an easy 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia, and there are several metro stops within a few minutes’ drive all as well. The neighbourhood has lots of quaint brunch spots and tapas bars on every corner. Highly recommend Cafe Alfonso for some truly delicious Catalan cuisine!

Great location to go to Passeig Graziella to catch the HOP on HOP OFF bus, shops, Casa Batllo, etc. They have a computer you can use, a lovely outside patio.

The ice cold filtered water machine was the best part of the stay. The people at the front desk were very helpful. Chilling on the roof terrace was very relaxing. Great location on a lowkey street. Can't wait to be back :)

Very nice European hotel. The rooms are small, but very clean and modern. Nice hot showers and very friendly staff. Check-in and correspondence were great. They have coffee and mini muffins every morning and cold water all the time which was great. I felt safe in the area. Very walkable. The food at one restaurant nearby was wonderful, but the wine was even better. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is more like a hostel than a hotel. There is not even a kettle in room and the sole water supply of all residents is one single water machine at its café. The air conditioning was barely functioning in our room. When we first switched it on, it had this loud banging noise then it went on with a continuous low rumbling sound. Despite the sound, there was minimal wind coming out. We asked for a room swap, but they said they were fully booked. We asked the staff to fix it, who fixed it by switching off the turbo function, so the sound was gone but the wind was even weaker. He insisted 'the room will get cooler later' but that didn't happen throughout my 5-day stay. We slept in this stuffy and warm room, in SUMMER BARCELONA. The other facilities were satisfactory, but I'll be avoiding this place, especially in warm weather.

Check in was a bit of a mess do to front desk being rude should not be a person to deal with the public. First night the a/c in our room didn’t work so walk down to front desk and cleck says I will go check it out for her to tell me that the a/c was work thankfully it was a bit cold outside and open the window. Got up on the morning went out and went return to the room there was a sewer smell inside of the room. Again open up the window since front desk was no help would definitely stay away from this hotel. Will recommend other options. Since we came back from our cruise and stay in another hotel and definitely a better stay. Stay away from this property.

Facilities: the property itself seems nice but the AC seems non existence, there was no ice in the building, and comparing it to their sister hotel Praktik Rambla, there coffee is not 24 hours. We were also woken up at 3am in the morning from the fire alarm sound. There was no reassurances what cause the problem and it lasted for at least 15mins. Location: it didnt seem far from the center location but getting there, seems like it was. It was a bit hard to get a taxi and you would have to walk down to find one. Staff: was was nice and cordial
