The hotel is very modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very close to malls and transport. The mall is just across the hotel and the train was a 5-10 minutes walk. Also there’s some shops surrounding the area. It was a quiet area with the room equipped with a kettle and basic necessities like tissues, towels and hairdryer.

I recently stayed stayed at this property and found it excellent value for money. The communication before hand was brilliant as I'd made a mistake filling in the online forms, this was rectified easily. I was apprehensive about the check in process being a machine outside as I was arriving around 10:30pm alone with 2 children. But it was quick and easy to check in and the machine issues your room key. The building and apartment itself was really clean.

Monserrat is the best!! Eres las mejor!!

An amazing experience and great location. The best part was dealing with the lovely lady at the front desk Monserrat. She was the friendliest person very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is lucky to have such a committed person as the face of the property.

Registration process to get keys after hours was very easy! Plus Gran Via 2 is right across the street so great shopping experience! The bathroom was the only thing I wasn’t so happy with because there was no way to stop the water from splashing outside but other then that, the bedroom, lobby, kitchen was very clean and convenient.

Good location communication was poor as we couldn’t talk English with anyone over the phone but once at the location the reception desk was very helpful and also allowed us to drop our bags to the reception before our check in time.
