It was hot, but fans in the room. It was cramped, but we didn’t plan on spending time in the hotel. The owners were nice enough. The location was perfect. The price was the cheapest we could find for the area, so if that’s what you’re going for, it is a good place for that.

If you want to stay in a wooden hut come To Mammie Arosa. There is no AC, one shower and two toilets for everyone, and the staff is not very nice.There were poop stains next to the light switch in one of the toilet rooms.

Rude host but great location

The rooms were good for the price and the location is excellent. Pretty much bang in the centre. The host was quite rude and blunt and it did make us feel quite uncomfortable. A little bit of friendliness would have gone a long way. The beds were comfy but the showers were awful. Mould everywhere and very small area. For the price it’s good due to location and quality of bed. Just avoid the host and the showers and you’ll be grand.

The hotel owners are terrible and constantly trying to scam, the hotel is cramped and dirty. Hard to find as it has no sign and is above a tobacco shop. Spent hours on the phone struggling with check in time the day before arrival, they are inconsistent and unreliable with answers and prices.

Room was very small. I paid for a room with a shower for 2 nights, when I arrived I was told I was sharing a shower and a toilet which was down the hall from my room. Won't stay here again as I didn't get what I paid for.

Great location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter with lots of shopping and food, and only a 15 minute walk to the port. Gaining access to the unit was confusing, you have to ring the buzzer and someone will greet you, and make sure you arrive before 8pm because they don’t accept late check ins! The rooms do NOT have AC which was super unfortunate and uncomfortable to sleep in during the summer heat. We didn’t sleep well at all.

The pictures of the property that are up loaded are nothing like what it is. The bathroom is shared, no big deal but it is disgusting, filthy dirty and mould everywhere. Next to one of our beds there was blood on the wall! No air conditioning which is not advertised on the site. Definatlwy would not recommend. We were booked for 4 nights and left after the first night to other accommodation.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, no AC, ants on the floor when we walked in. No bathroom in the room and the shower leaks everywhere. The only upside to this booking was the fact that it was central in the gothic quarter. Charged to the store luggage and for every little thing plus extra tax upon arrival that was much more than expected. Staff was pleasant upon entry, but the staff member that was present when we checked out was quite rude. Honestly would never stay here again despite the decent location.

We booked a two-beds room stay for four nights based on the photos provided on the website. However, upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed. The room had no windows or access to natural light, making it poorly ventilated, uncomfortably warm, and constantly humid. The space was so cramped that it was nearly impossible to move around or even open a suitcase properly. The mattress was in terrible condition—so sunken and uneven that I experienced back and neck pain after just one night. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning, which, combined with the lack of ventilation and natural light, made the room feel more like a damp basement than a livable space. Overall, the accommodation was far below expectations and offered very poor value for the price. I would not recommend staying here.

à fuir ! j'arrive à 19h et je trouve un homme âgé en boxer dans la pièce d'accueil. Les ébats sexuels des autres clients n'ont eu aucun secret vu la très mauvaise isolation de la chambre que j'occupais (espace entre la porte et le bâti de porte = bruit + lumière). Pas contre une salle de bain commune si celle-ci est propre et bien aménagée : toilettes très mal positionnés qui restreint l'accès au bac de douche, porte avec une fermeture n'inspirant pas confiance... bref je suis très déçu, surtout vu le prix : bien trop chère pour les prestations proposées.
