Great place to stay. The garden and dinning patio was our favorite part of this location. It was such a quiet retreat from the outside noise, we chose to eat there every evening we were in Barcelona rather than explore for other restaurants. The location was good for walking and catching the nearby metro. The breakfast buffet was better than the ordinary with variety. Staff was great. We enjoyed Lilli at dinner every evening. We would absolutely choose Petite Palace again.

The building may be hundreds of years old, but this hotel looks like it was updated yesterday. Well appointed, spacious (for Europe) and very clean room. Steps from the metro in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. Absolutely amazing outdoor patio / garden area makes you feel like you and the other guests have this busy part of the city all to yourself. Will be back for sure.

The hotel is ideally positioned near the Rambla, in an animated street, but rooms are very quiet as most windows are facing the courtyard. Room were very clean, air conditioned and had all amenities that were advertised. We also found the staff very helpful
