Room was spotless, clean bathroom. Nice comfy beds. Staff was very courteous and let us check in early without any issues. Location was superb, close to amenities, coffee shops, restaurants, major city center area. Overall a great experience, worth the money spent.

We had a little bit of confusion when we first arrived because we went to the apartment building, not the hotel. The lady we spoke to on the phone was very kind and helped us find our way (if you find the cafe El Fornet, look a few doors to the left!) Check in was quick and efficient, our room was great with a lovely little terrace overlooking the city. The location is excellent, everything is walkable, so close to Las Ramblas and surrounded by many great restaurants.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hot water ran out after just one shower, and staff said we had to wait over an hour for it to heat up again. The AC wasn’t blowing any air near the bed. When maintenance came, they explained that only part of the room could be cooled, which meant the sleeping area stayed hot and uncomfortable. Definitely not what we expected for the price.

Great location, nut not quiet

The pros: Good and accommodating service. Excellent location downtown, convenient. The cons: Noise if you face street, super noise if you are on low level due to subway right under the building.

We found the Suites centrally located and we walked most places. There were many options for food around us as well as transportation. The check in process was very smooth and we were able to store our luggage for the day. Our room was facing the street so there was quite a bit of noise especially on the Saturday night. The room was spacious for 4 of us and very clean. Would stay here again.

Really great place to stay in a central location. Walkable to major sites and transportation. The staff were super friendly and gave us lots of local advice. The room is well laid out and worked for a family of 4. The location is in a busy area. If you live in a city/urban areas, the noise won’t bother you. If you are from a rural area you might find it a bit loud. Would definitely return.

Property was close to all attractions which we could walk to or take metro. Very convenient and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Staff were amazing and it was a nice surprise to have daily housekeeping (we rarely get this anymore). The room could use a good dusting on the not so common areas, but otherwise very clean. Someone commented that you could hear the subway but it is very minimal and did not disturb us at all. I would recommend.
