Lamaro Hotel Barcelona 5★ | Preferred Hotels & Resorts | Lifestyle Collection
"Pros: clean and good location. Great view of cathedral and square from rooftop. Cons: I had to change room 3 times during my 4 night stay. First one was due to drain smell after using the shower. The rooms were noisy at the back and the side of the hotel - with traffic and building work. The courtyard view was bad, but at least it wasn’t noisy. I struggled with the queen size beds - they are two singles up against each other, which was really uncomfortable when trying to sleep alone in the middle of the bed (worse than other hotels that do the same). Was also told by receptionist to have my bags packed for a 4th room swap on the final day of my stay (hoping for a nice room to highlight my stay) - but after packing my bag for the agreed time, they decided not to move me. Overall, I felt although I paid for a 5 star hotel, this was more of a 4 star experience."
Olivia Balmes Hotel
"Superb customer service!!!!"
Barcelona Airport Hotel
"Better signage and information about restaurants would be helpful."
Barceló Sants
"Extremely convenient location. Not noisy despite being atop the train station. Helpful staff, even in their non native language. Very good value."
