The area is great, but very noisy. The apartment is reasonable. Personally I dislike doors that are open by mobile phone.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. The apartment was a perfect fit for our family of 5, and as it was our second location on our 2 week vacation, we were happy to find an in-suite washer. If there was one complaint it would only be that the shower in the master is small, so if you are very tall, it might be very tight (but alas not a problem for us).

The BEST place to stay with a family. Lots of space, safe walkable neighborhood, food and grocery nearby, friendly multi-lingual staff …. We loved it and are so glad we chose this area for our first Barcelona visit!

This is such a great spot for large groups or family. Our apartment was clean and spacious. Alejandro at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Everyone felt so comfortable and having a kitchen was awesome for our stay. Grocery 24/7 working footsteps was also great

We had a great time . Best local location , a market real close , walkable to major attractions but most important was the great staff and the doorman . My youngest daughter (17) is now going to Barcelona with several of her girlfriends and she convinced them to stay in the same exact apartment. She felt safe having the doorman around and the location was perfect. We will be back for sure.

Loved our stay here ! We vacationed there for a week and the staff was so friendly ! Local festival outside on the streets made our stay even more enjoyable. Really great room for the price !

We booked three apartments at hotels.com one of the apartment was few blocks away in different building no clearly described on the app but hotel staff emailed us right before our trip let us know even better when we arrived they be able to put all of us in the same building so pleasant indeed this place is clean and comfortable just about walking distance to most attractions

This is a great apartment especially if you are a family of 5 or more where 2 hotels rooms is expensive. Great unit, but you just have to take into consideration that you do not have the conveniences of a hotel as far as amenities or services.

Beautifully appointed apartment and very comfortable for our family of 6. The staff were amazing and accommodating . We were able to check in early and leave our bags in secure office after checkout before a night time flight. The bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival were also a nice touch . Recommend staying here to anyone .

Property is decent, it is clean and well kept. Property is near dining and shopping area, walkable. It is center and near Las Ramblas. The only thing is they need to.upgrade thwir wifi, it is too slow.

Great location & Nice Balcony
We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with a very large balcony. The balcony was great! One of the bedrooms was quite nice, and the other was much smaller. So small, in fact, that it was a difficult to use it comfortably. The 2nd bathroom was also very small. The shower in the 2nd bathroom didn't drain very well, and I had to turn the shower off at times to let the water drain before resuming the shower. It wasn't a big problem though. We let my brother and his wife have the nicer bedroom, and that turned out to be pretty generous of us! :) Overall, the apartment was very good. We very much enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and also a nightcap at the end of each day there.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need! Comfortable beds, toiletries and even dishwasher tablets, The only quibble was that they never had mirrors in the bedrooms but that is easily sorted, the views are amazing of the cathedral from our balcony which had a table and chairs to fit 8! Would definitely stay here again!!

Location could not have bern better, close to everything. Rooms and beds were comfortable, air conditioning came in very handy, as did the washing machine. Penthouse views were tremendous.

Brilliant property. We were a group of 6 ladies so having 3 bedrooms, 6 single beds and 2 bathrooms worked well for us. Well equipped. Very spacious. Lovely view from the balcony (we were on floor 9) Good location for 2 metro stations - Girona / Passeig De Gràcia. Walking distance to Las Ramblas. Would recommend for a family or small group.

Our family of 14 shared 2 units. They were right across from each other with a door separating apts from hall. Great set up for the children going back and forth. The people were so friendly at the desk and the location was great! Couldn’t have been better for our visit to Barcelona. The unit was wonderful!

The apartment was clean and the staffs were accommodating for our early arrival. The kitchen has only very basic equipment with barely useable pans and no kitchen towels or detergent. The bathrooms are bare and could use more hooks and shelves. They supplied only 3 rolls of toilet papers for 3 day stays for two bathrooms. Worst happened on the last night of our stay when we came back from a whole day exposed to rain and no hot water in the shower!
