"It’s a nice hotel, with warm, helpful and friendly hotel staff. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room (#3204) with a difficult access. There is no elevator to get directly to our room. We had to pass thru plight of stairs. As we were joining a 2-week cruise, we had big suitcases with us for our personal stuff. One of the hotel staff at the Reception Desk had to help us to get to our room on our arrival day. It was quite difficult for us - as all 4 guests are retired ladies with 2 of us...
